The album opener "Space In Your Face" kicks out some great thrash riffs, and the album continues in the same vein. Very Anthraxy inspired riff's and singer Monty Colvin is also the bands bass player - he's got a great metal bass sound. The overall sound is real basic 90's heavy metal - bass, drums, guitar and lots of vocals. It's pretty cool. I really like Monty's voice, however I do think that it's mixed way too low - half of the time I can't really make out what he's singing.

But anyway, that's not much of a problem with the first song "You Make Me Smile". Great chorus with lots of harmonies and some nice fast thrash riffs. The rest of the album is up to the same standard as well, with only a few tracks that I didn't really like. Favourites; "If I were a Killer", "Blind", "No Problems",

For some strange reason, upon my first listen to this album I didn't particularly like it. But it grew on me pretty quickly. Maybe I was just in a bad mood :) There's also two songs on this CD that aren't written in the linear notes - "Ranch on Mars" (track 20) and "Still Life of Peace" (track 32). This was because the record label didn't want more than 9 songs on the CD. How silly.

Unfortunately the Galactic Cowboy's seem to have avoided major international success throughout their career. Similar to King's X's fate, a lot of people seem to have glossed over them. Not quite sure why, but it sure is a shame. Check them out.
