Extremely difficult but fantastic guitar solo... - (Monday, August 08, 2011)

The song "Crushing Day" from Satriani's "Surfing with the album" has one of his most difficult solos. So difficult in fact that he can't really play it live, he now sooks out and has to sit down on a chair to nail it.

Well, my buddy Cam Blokland has recorded a video showing his approach to learning this solo. It's a two parter and has lots of valuable info. And yes, he can play the solo standing up. Live.
