Shutting down North Korea - (Sunday, June 28, 2009)

Part of the answer to destroying the 1984ian country of North Country is financial sanctions. Close down Kim Jong Il's access to money, and suddenly he has nothing to keep people in the army happy - so the ruling elite will eventually revolt.

But it's all a waste of time when China undermine them. So is the answer just financial sanctions? Nope.
